Booking
Guests can either book through booking.com or contact us directly via email or phone.

Direct Booking
Guests will need to pay a 50% deposit if staying for more than one night or wish to book more than one room. A secure payment link (SumUp) will be sent to your mobile number or email address provided to secure the booking.

Cancellation/prepayment
Cancellation is free 5 days prior to arrival and deposits will be returned to you if a direct booking has been made. This is the same policy for bookings that have been made via Booking.com.

Cot and extra bed policies
A travel cot and bedding can be provided on prior request.

Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18. Children of all ages are welcome but must share a bedroom with a responsible adult.

Smoking/vaping
We respectfully ask that guests do not smoke or vape in our home.

Quiet hours
We ask that guests are mindful of others staying and the quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.

Pets
Sorry, though we love dogs, pets are not allowed.

Travel Sustainability
We recycle as much as we can. Guests are encouraged to place cardboard, paper, cans, plastics (clean/empty) and glass bottles into the designated waste bin in the room.

Energy and greenhouse gases
Most food provided at the property is locally sourced.

Most lighting throughout property uses energy-efficient bulbs.

We currently do not have an EV charging point. The nearest ones are available at both Morrisons and Lidl supermarkets situated in Barnard Castle (approx. 10 miles).
